Drive Thru Call Centers

When I first read this article I was a little annoyed. I hate how everything is becoming so unpersonal these days. Then I remembered that maybe it really would speed up slow drive thru times… and that can not be a bad thing.

Although, I still want to yell at the person who’s messed up my order.
