Danica is really noisy when she plays so Kumo has started making a lot of noise when he plays with her. Ben thinks she sounds like a Tauntaun.

I like having the iPhone around for taking quick vids like this. The quality isn’t nearly as good as the flip but it’s convenient. I just need to start remembering to grab the flip more.

So I realize that I said a long time ago that I’d start doing more vlogs and then I realized that the most important parts of the camera were missing and OOPS! Well, I found the missing parts and have a day with nothing to do so HERE YOU GO!

I know I said it would be the end of the political blog posts for awhile but I think this is somebody every single person in the country should have to watch. If you support gay marriage, if you aren’t sure how you feel about it, and especially if you don’t, you need to watch this.

I know that I’ve completely failed the whole NaBloPoMo thing and I will touch on it in another post soon. Until then, watch the video, email it to a friend, post it on your own blog, spread the word because it’s important.

I can’t get to aflux from home. I don’t know if it’s a DNS error or what but it sucks balls.

We’ve been busy, busy, busy working on the house. Ben’s been painting the garage and I’ve been trying to get the last of the unpacking done and the back yard cleaned up more. There’s pictures of all of it if you click on one of the flickr photos up there.

Other than that, things have been pretty much normal and everyday grind type of stuff.

Weekdays: Get up, work, gym, homework, dinner, sleep, rinse, repeat.
Weekends: Get up, work on house, eat, work on house, eat again, work on house some more, pass out exhausted on the couch, watch TV, sleep, rinse, repeat.

I kinda feel bad about not blogging as much though so I’ve decided to start video taping more and posting them here and there and all across the web for you awesome people to enjoy. Here is a little gem that happened Monday after school.

Because I have no self respect

Note: I originally wrote this MONTHS ago and it didn’t work but the newer version or WP seems to allow it so, YAY! Also, I went on to lose 8 more pounds after I wrote this. Then over the course of 6-7 months got really lazy and gained it all back. Ben and I are on the road to getting rid of it AGAIN and I’m -2 pounds from my oroginal starting goal a year ago. *cries*

Not too long ago I posted this picture at flickr and promised video of Cassidy owning me on the obstacle course. After I SAW the video and my gut roll at the end I had a ~~small~~ gigantic moment of OMFG HIDE THE VIDEO AND NEVER LET IT BE SEEN! Now that I’ve dropped 10 pounds(!!) though and I’m feeling better I figured, what the hell. Because really, it’s the fact that a seven year old beat me through a 50 foot long obstacle course that I should be ashamed of.

P.S. – How cool is the embeded video into blogs so easily now?!?
